As Assistant Manager Corporate, you will integrate a team of 7 people in which you will have great added value. Not only will you assist and supervise junior corporate officers, but you will also handle your own portfolio of diversified clients from the constitution to liquidation.

Your Responsibilities | Assistant Manager Corporate - PSF

You will be responsible for your own client portfolio (composed of domiciled clients such as SOPARFI, unregulated funds) from the constitution to the liquidation.
You are in charge of organizing board meetings, liaising with third parties, drafting legal documentation and more.
You will supervise a few junior and senior corporate officers and be the key person of contact in case they have any questions. You will also directly report to the manager and work closely with them in order to ensure that deadlines are met and the team is well organized.

Profile and Career Path | Assistant Manager Corporate - PSF

You have between 5 and 8 years of experience as a Corporate Officer in a Financial service provider, Fiduciary or Investment Company in Luxembourg.
You are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing. Knowledge of any other language, especially German, will be considered an advantage but is not mandatory.
You have ideally obtained a Bachelor degree in Law or Economics, though we do encourage you to apply even if this is not the case, but if you have the necessary level of experience.
