Corporate Officer – Belgian Border – Interesting responsibilities

Our partner is a PSF located at the Belgian border. Indeed, if you are a Belgian cross border worker, it will be more comfortable for you to go to work without having to go through the center of the country.
Today, this PSF has around 30 employees who are all kind to each other. You will join a team of 6 members who will share with you their knowledge. The files you will work on will be stimulating and will bring you professional satisfaction. You will work on a regulated investment funds portfolio and work closely with the fund accounting department.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer – Regulated Funds

You will specialize on a client portfolio focused on regulated funds (SCSP; RAIF; SIF).
You will work closely with the accounting department to keep an eye on the situation and to be able to react quickly to various movements.
You will carry out all the steps from incorporation to liquidation. You will prepare the documents for the board meetings.
You will have to open the bank accounts and will have to publish the various company’s modification on the RCS.

Profile and Career Path | Corporate Officer - Regulated Funds

You are specialized in investment funds (SCSP; RAIF; SIF) and have at least 3 years of experience in Luxemburg.
You are curious and open-minded. You are a sociable person who is not afraid to speak up.
You have a good level of English, but French or any other language will be considered an advantage.
Ideally, you have a degree in Law or Finance.

The location is ideal for Belgian cross border workers. Indeed, if you live in the west of Luxembourg, you will be able to go to work without passing through the center and traffic jams.
You will be able to earn a salary of up to 65,000€ gross per year, which is not negligible.
You will join a stable and kind team with which you will work in a great atmosphere, which is quite pleasant on a day to day basis. You will be able to evolve from a technical point of view thanks to your team.
What is reassuring is that you will be working on interesting projects, that will enable you to be fully satisfied in the long term.
You will be able to eat or do your basic shopping thanks to meal vouchers worth 10.80€
A discretionary bonus will be awarded depending on your results.
