Corporate Officer – Italian speaking
Our partner is a very modern Fiduciary located in Cloche d’Or, established over 10 years ago with an impressive growth these past few years. In the context of their development, they are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Italian speaking Corporate Officer.
You will join a dynamic and experienced team where team spirit is very important, but also where you will benefit from autonomy and trust from the management. You will have your own dedicated client portfolio of Private/Equity companies, with very interesting and diverse files.

Your Responsibilities | Corporate Officer / Legal / Law / Fiduciary
You are in charge of the legal and corporate requirements for your clients (Private Equity/Real Estate companies), from the incorporation of the company to the liquidation.
You draft legal documentation (such as Board minutes, resolutions) and agreements.
You are responsible for the preparation of Board meetings and shareholder meetings.
You liaise with your clients and third parties (notaries, lawyers) as well as the Luxembourgish Administrations (Registre de Commerce,…).
Profile | Corporate Officer / Legal / Law / Fiduciary
You have minimum 2 years of experience as a Corporate Officer in a Fiduciary, Trust or financial service provider in Luxembourg.
You are fluent in Italian and English. Any other language would be a big advantage, but is not required.
You want to join a fiduciary where you will constantly grow in your career and never feel like you are at a standstill.
You obtained a Bachelor degree in Law or have a similar academic background.

An attractive gross salary between € 45.000 and € 65.000 per year, depending on your experience and skill set.
