Your Responsibilities | Junior Corporate Officer – Fiduciary - Legal

You will work on a private, international and a stable client portfolio, mainly comprised of financial clients such as Soparfi/Holdings.
You will be the person responsible for liaising with the law firms, banks and administrations.
You will be in charge of the daily corporate life of your clients, and will for example also be responsible for drafting various legal documents.
Depending on the demand, you will open bank accounts and you will be responsible for publishing the various annual accounts on the registers.

Profile and Career Path | Junior Corporate Officer – Fiduciary - Legal

You already have a first experience or followed an internship as a Corporate Officer in a PSF or a service provider in Luxembourg.
You recently graduated with a degree in the legal or financial field (BTS, Bachelor or Master).
You are motivated and have a constant desire to develop yourself.
You are open-minded and want to participate in the development of the company.
You have a good level of English to be able to communicate with clients and/or to translate documents. French will be an advantage but is not mandatory.

You will be able to earn a salary of up to 3 300€ gross per month depending on your experience, as well as a bonus, which is an important added plus to your salary package.
