We are looking for a Senior Corporate Officer for a PFS composed of ten employees. This human-sized and growing structure will allow you to meet each of your colleagues and to learn more from them. Moreover, thanks to your expertise, you will be able to contribute your areas of improvement, which will help develop the PFS.
Thanks to the human-sized structure, you will be able to directly speak to your managers without going through an intermediary. What is appreciable is that employees can work autonomously on the subjects entrusted to them without the managers being permanently in control, which is a proof of trust.
This PFS offers accounting management, domiciliation services and is providing a personalized support to its clients. Your clientele will be international and mostly composed of financial companies, consisting of Private Equity Funds, SPF and SOPARFIs.

Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Officer – PFS - Legal

You will work on a client portfolio composed of around 40 clients (SOPARFIs, Private Equity Funds and SPF).
You will be responsible for the coordination and preparation of board meetings.
You will be required to draft, validate and review contractsand corporate documents.
You will coordinate KYC procedures, and participate in the improvement of processes.
You will accompany your client portfolio from the introduction to the liquidation.

Profile and Career Path | Senior Corporate Officer – PFS - Legal

You have at least 6 years of experience as a Corporate Officer within a PFS or a Financial Service Provider.
You have a great level of English and French. If you have a knowledge of German it will be considered an asset.
You already have an exposure to regulated vehicles and are interested in developing your knowledge in compliance.
As you will be able to work with a large autonomy, you have a sense of rigorand you know how to organize yourself efficiently.

Offer | Senior Corporate Officer – PFS - Legal

Your annual salary can be up to 70,000€ gross per year depending on your experience.
You will receive meal vouchers of 10.80€ and 30 days of holidays.
Following your evaluation at the beginning of the year, you will receive a first bonus. Then, around the middle of the year, your colleagues and yourself will be granted with a second bonus that will be equivalent to 5% of the profits of the company.
In this PFS, you will have a direct relationship with your colleagues and with the management, meaning that if you need anything, you will be able to easily communicate with them.
As you will be working close to the train station, you can easily have access to public transports. You will also have access to various restaurants near your workplace.
In this PFS, as the managers of the company would like to work on a trust basis, this will allow you to not be impacted by micromanagement practices and work at your ease.
