Your Responsibilities | Senior Corporate Officer – Holding - Legal
You are in charge for the coordination of the agendas, preparation and organization of the board meetings and drafting the minutes.
You will be responsible for drafting a variety of legal documentation for example when creating or liquidating an entity, directorship changes or when modifying an entity’s name.
You will provide assistance with regards to the incorporation, dissolution and liquidation of entities. You will also open new bank accounts when necessary and ensure the follow-up.
As a Senior Corporate Officer, you will also be asked to review the work of junior team members and to be a key person of contact for them if they have questions or doubts.
You are in charge of liaising with third parties such as external service providers and ensuring a good and efficient collaboration with them. You will also provide them with the necessary and up to date documents for the compliance process.
Profile and Career Path | Senior Corporate Officer - Holding- Legal
You have at least 3 years of experience as a Corporate Officer in Luxembourg, and have learned over the years how to handle a client portfolio from the introduction to liquidation.
You fluently speak and write English as this is also the only language that is spoken internally and mandatory for this position.
Experience on a portfolio composed of Luxembourg Holding companies/Soparfi is asked as these are the files you will be asked to handle in an autonomous manner.
You have great organizational skills which allows you to easily multitask and respect deadlines.
